Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are considered FINAL. Returns and/or refunds are not allowed. Exchanges can only be made within 7 Business days from the date of receipt of your item. 

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any  exchanges accepted after 7 business days.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information, as Rowdyactive is not responsible for lost or missing returns. Tracking will be provided via the returns portal.

All Rowdyactive items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, and folded in their original garment bag. Any damaged items, those showing signs of wear, or those that do not comply with our return & exchange policy will be declined and sent back to the customer at their expense. 

Once we receive your return for exchange, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. After processing, we will send you an email confirming that the item was received. 

Rowdyactive guarantees that its clothing is free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days, as long as you follow our care instructions.

If you believe you have received a defective product, before returning it, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number so our team can review it.

By placing an order with Rowdyactive, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping and return & exchange policies, terms, and conditions.
